Throughout the history of global catering, probably no contribution to this industry was greater than that made by this man. Auguste Escoffier became one of the most famous chefs who popularized French cuisine and gave the profession of chef due prestige. He elevated cooking to the level of an art, with each dish that he prepared a true masterpiece. Aside from innovative recipes, he also introduced solutions that are applied in restaurants to this day. This outstanding classic of the culinary arts was also an advisor and friend of the famous Cesar Ritz, and for over forty years of his career worked in the most deluxe European hotels of that time.
